Joinery Door Frames

M&B is recognised as one of West Australia’s leading suppliers of premium timber joinery door frames. Using environmentally friendly methods and sustainable materials in our joinery construction, we provide our customers with superior quality joinery products that maintain the warmth and visual appeal of solid timber.

M&B Sub Frame

Timber joinery doors and frames have been used across Western Australian homes for decades. When constructing a new home, however there is risk of damage to these “High Value” premium doors and frames. To help you avoid damage, M&B have developed the Sub Frame. The subframe is an aluminium frame installed during construction to maintain the correct opening for the frame and door which can be supplied at lock up. By keeping the door and frame off-site during construction, you can eliminate any chance of damage.

M&B Sub Frames are manufactured to required opening size. Larger sizes are available to suit special size doors, pivots, bi-folds or stacking door systems. Subframes are typically installed by the brickie. M&B then offers an install solution for frames, doors and hardware in to your Sub Frame.

M&B Evo Frame

The M&B EVO Frame has been designed with energy efficiency in mind. An Aquamac 21 weather seal is used around the jamb and across the tread to effectively ‘seal’ your door within the frame, providing excellent insulation from wind, dust, sand, rain and noise. Produced exclusively by M&B, and manufactured from Jarrah, Surian Cedar or imported sustainable hardwoods the frame is assessed to meet BAL 12.5 & BAL 19 standards.

EVO Frame Perth

The M&B EVO frame features a self draining aluminium sill, and is more durable to a timber sill, able to withstand constant foot traffic and exposure to weather. The design of the self-draining aluminium sill will stop water leakage as well as create a barrier against insects, dust and wind. A metal sill protector is provided with the EVO frame to ensure the aluminium sill is not damaged throughout the construction phase.
